The purpose of this system is to attain full utilization of the IT platforms available to the EMSD and other Directorates towards the implementation of the paperless concept and thereby taking advantage of the use of technology in all operations and management activities in the GIMPA Community.

(1.) Please select "Submit a Request" to initiate a request workflow for a service listed on this platform. (2.) Fill the necessary fields, attach any supporting Document if required to support your request (3.) click on the "Submit Request Button" to initiate your Request process flow.

To follow up on a Request:

(1.) Please select "View existing a Request" to follow up on an existing Request on this platform. (2.) Provide the "Tracking ID No." of the Request in the appropraite field (3.) Provide the "Email Address." used to initiate the Request. (4.) click on the "View Request" Button to view the progress of your Request.
